It is alleged that Microsoft will position small tablet not as a complete replacement for your laptop, but rather as a compact electronic assistant. Also Microsoft not positioned this tablet as a gaming console. Only big Surface tablets are replacement for laptop.
Surface Mini will be sold with a stylus.
Likely this laptop will be has 7,5 inch display with 1400 x 1050 pixels, operating system is Windows 8.1. The exact parameters are will be known at the release.
