How to copy Windows 8 image on USB drive. Windows-To-Go

Microsoft demonstrated the function of Windows-To-Go, which allows you to copy the image of Windows 8 on USB-drive for later download on any computer system. After downloading, you can continue work with your files and applications.

According to Microsoft, this feature is aimed at business users, not the home. That is, instead of taking in a business trip hard working laptop, you can take, for example, a netbook or small laptop and boot into your copy of Windows from USB-drive. But Microsoft declined to comment on the cost of using this function.

Function may work with the specification as USB 2.0 and 3.0. Recommended storage size is 32GB. But many applications are updated, replaced by other and information becomes outdated. Loading of Windows becomes more slowly. You can delete files in this folder manually periodically or change registry value.
